Bitterroot BBQ Shooting for January 2012 Opening

Eagerly anticipated Bitterroot BBQ (slated to open in the fomer Acme Rubber Stamp Co. on Ballard Ave.) posted on Facebook on Tuesday that their opening delay has been in large part due to difficulty with city permitting of their gas line.   It apparently has now been approved and they are just waiting for the install.  A Twitter pic from yesterday seems to show that other work is still ongoing but here's a New Year's resolution to start eating good BBQ and to continue drinking more fine whiskey and craft beer in  2012.
