Wayne Johnson Taking Over at Ray's Boathouse in February

Puget Sound Business Journal reported on Friday that Andaluca's Wayne Johnson is taking over the kitchen at Rays' Boathouse starting February 6th.  Peter Birk is moving to Harborside, the McCormick and Schmick restaurant on South Lake Union.   You may remember that Chef Johnson was an Iron Chef America contender this last year.  I am curious to see if he brings any of his Spanish influence to Ray's.
